Online exhibitor profile entries
Exhibitors are invited to enter, edit and submit their free show guide listings on our show guide website, which they access via a seamless link from your event website. A spell checker is also included, which many exhibitors find very useful. Each show guide entry is proofed directly back to the exhibitor, asking them to check, and if necessary, amend and resubmit.

Managing changes
Exhibitor stand numbers, floor plans and editorial are all subject to change while the show guide is being compiled. We schedule key review dates prior to final artwork to ensure that all exhibitor data is checked, and that the opening editorial carries the most up to date information possible.

Review progress online
Our unique Organiser Zone allows you and your team to monitor the show guide listings online. You can review the numbers of exhibitors that have completed their show guide entries to date, and check both profile and product index category entries for content.

Proof reading and print
We check the entire show guide for spelling and grammatical errors before you sign off for printing. Event publications rely on a large number of contributors, so keeping the quality of content consistent throughout your publication requires careful proofing.

Proactive advertising promotion
All exhibitors are contacted by our advertising sales team to discuss the advertising and sponsorship options in the show guide.

Generation and management of editorial content
This includes both organiser-led content, and content requiring specialist editorial staff, such as features and interviews.

Creative and design services
Our designers have a wide experience in event publishing, and are skilled in interpreting brands and event creative, and implementing them into stylish, contemporary‐looking publications. We also offer a full range of advertisement production design services.

Management of the printing or electronic fulfillment process
We manage the entire production process, through to pre-press, digital fulfilment and final print.

On-site customer care
If we publish for a show, we go the show! We meet with the organiser, put faces to names and make sure all our customers are happy with our service, and with the final product. The feedback from the organiser and their exhibitors is crucial to us so that we can make sure we keep moving forwards with each publication we produce.
